Name: Andreas Doppelmayr
Born: 1986, Bregenz, Austria
I have an Austrian father, Norwegian mother, and have lived in Norway since 1995. I have also lived a year in New Hampshire, USA, worked as a photographer/videographer/lion-handler for half a year in Zimbabwe, and studied at AU in Washington DC where I had an internship at the World Resources Institute.
In the spring of 2009 I finished my undergraduate degree in Development Studies from the University of Oslo.
I like to work out and spend time in the outdoors, especially skiing and hiking. My passions are photography and traveling. In the fall of 2006 I founded the online store Barbershop.no, which I have spent most of my spare time on since. When I do have time for anyting else, I like listening to music, shaving with straight razors and the real old-school tools, reading useful/useless stuff in books and on the interet, playing piano (badly), looking at maps of Africa, and photos of lions, leopards, tigers and other cool cats.
